In case you didn’t know, Employee Appreciation Day is celebrated in the U.S. on March 2. This is a great opportunity to show your team how much they mean to the organization and that you are grateful for their hard work. Doing so can not only create a positive work environment but also is a great way to motivate and inspire.

While it’s important to do something to acknowledge your dedicated staff, it’s also important to plan an event they will truly enjoy.  Don’t get me wrong – I love a pizza party as much as the next person. But kicking it up a notch and really showing your staff that you care enough about them to plan something special will go a long way with company morale.

Need something creative to really wow your organization? We’ve got you covered. Here are our top five ideas on how you can thank your employees for their efforts:

Get Creative

Bring out everyone’s creative side with a FUN Paint Party! Your team will enjoy time to relax and follow along with our artist’s instructions. Everyone will get create their own office décor to remind them of the fun event all year long.

Go Green

Sticking with the office décor theme, your team will love decorating their own bamboo or plant pots to keep at their desk. No green thumb required.

Give Back

Double up on your employee appreciation event by making it a philanthropic experience for your staff. Our Ceramic for Seniors or Stuffed Animal relay programs allows your team to decorate ceramic plant holders or build stuffed animals. These plants or bears can then be donated to a local senior center or hospital to brighten someone’s day.

Team Up

Bring out our competitive side with Game Show Mania or Survey Says. Based on Jeopardy and Family Feud, these interactive experiences allow your staff to work as teams in a real game show.

Be Amazed

Put on a show your employees will be talking about all year long. Our magicians and mentalists are the perfect performers to amaze your staff and provide an escape from the everyday.
